Happiness comes in many shapes and sizes. For me it’s a combination of eggs , flour and sugar. Because any chance to bake is an opportunity to let my creativity run free. And more than that, cake time is me time .

I’m completely self-taught. No fancy culinary school for me. I’m a learn-by-doing-it kind of person, constantly trying different techniques, playing with new ingredients and letting my imagination go wild. Experimentation is amazing .
Nothing gets me more excited than being challenged to create someone’s ultimate sweet treat fantasy. Got an unusual request? Bring it on!
As much as I love whipping up a variety of flavours, chocolate cake is my all-time favourite. Call me classic .
I feel genuinely honoured each time I get an order. To me it’s like being invited to be a part of someone else’s special event or celebration. And seeing the genuine delight on a client’s face is absolutely priceless .
