  1. *Please note that 50% non refundable advance payment is required upon acceptance to secure your order.
  2. *Final payment must be made no later than 1 week prior to your event. If your cake is for a date less than 2 weeks from this invoice, we would need the full payment to secure your booking.
  3. *In the event of restrictions due to Covid 19 if your event is postponed, we’ll be happy to reschedule your date depending on availability. Should you opt to cancel your order, we’ll issue a credit for the amount paid that’ll valid to use against any order/s for the next 6 months from your due date.
  4. *Please advice of any food allergies/dietary requirements while placing your order. Sweet CakeArt will not be responsible for food consumed by the guests with food allergies or dietary requirements. It'll be your responsibility to advise guests of any allergens present in the cake and other bakes.
  5. *Buttercream cakes require refrigeration (0°-4°c) until you are ready to serve. The cake should be allowed to come to room temperature out of direct sunlight for a minimum of 1 hours prior to serving.
  6. *Do note the reference design is just for inspiration, we do not replicate designs. Each cake is handmade and is unique.
  7. *It is recommended that cakes containing eggs & dairy should be consumed within 24-48 hrs. No responsibility will be taken for food consumed that has been improperly stored after delivery/collection.
  8. *All our cakes and cupcakes are covered in Swiss meringue buttercream that contains pasteurised egg whites, butter and sugar.
  9. *If you have ordered a cake or cupcakes with fresh flowers or preserved dried flowers, please note they are taped with florist tape to prevent contamination. Fresh flowers or preserved flowers and the supporting wires/picks must be completely removed prior to cutting and consuming your cake/cupcakes. Fresh or preserved flowers are toxic(unless advised as edible) and are used for decoration purposes only and at your own risk.
  10. *If you are using your own flower arrangement on the cake, Sweet CakeArt will not be responsible for the final look of the cake as well as of any contamination that may or may not happen while using fresh or preserved flowers.
  11. *If you have ordered a cake/cupcakes with macarons, please be advised that they contain nuts(almonds). It’ll be your responsibility to inform your guests of any allergens.
  12. *Sweet CakeArt will not be responsible for any damages to the cake once it has been delivered/collected in a satisfactory condition.
